Title of Position: Marketing Associate 市场专员

Position Description
Assists in all aspects of Marketing Department operations, including support, development and distribution of marketing materials, support marketing events organizations and implements. This candidate should possess strong proper grammar usage, copywriting abilities, proofreading abilities, be detail and deadline oriented, and a team player, along with being creative and proactive. Preferable degree in English and relevant experience.



Essential job duties:

As Marketing Assistant this individual will provide support to the Marketing Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

？ Assist in the implementation of marketing programs through venue events and promotions, PR activities, advertising, direct marketing, social media, menu development, customer loyalty program, website etc.
？ Secure, assess and recommend potential sponsorship and other marketing opportunities.
？ Explore and secure potential business partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales revenue.
？ Develop direct marketing program. Lead the venue team to find out co-op opportunities in respective region with good ROI control.
？ Copywriting of ad and promotion copies and social media message etc.
？ Proofreading all marketing materials.
？ Maintain marketing materials files including correspondences, menu, promotion flyers, advertising and PR clips in paper and electronic form.
？ Track marketing spending with monthly expense summary report. Support payment process.
？ Maintain schedule, deadline and appointments for Marketing Department. Provide meeting minutes, transcribe notes, compose memos.
？ Organize marketing materials and information for marketing meetings and marketing campaigns.
？ Communicate effectively with both internal staff and external partners.
？ Assist in the management and update of website and social media.


Successful candidates should possess:

？ Bachelor’s Degree required.
？ Strong copywriting, grammar and proofreading skills.
？ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
？ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
？ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.
？ Excellent skills on office software.
？ Professional level of planning and organization.
？ Preferably have a working knowledge of media, graphics or events operations
