岗位职责：
1. 全权负责处理公司的一切事务，进行战略规划，带领全体员工努力工作，完成总公司所确定的各项目标；

2. 制定公司经营方向和管理目标，包括制定一系列规章制度和服务操作规程，规定各级管理人员和员工的职责，并监督贯彻执行；

3. 建立健全公司的组织系统，使之合理化、精简化、效率化；

4. 主持酒店总经理办公，检查情况汇报，并针对有关问题进行重点讲评和指示；

5. 传达政府、总公司、董事会的有关指示、文件、通知，处理好人际关系，协调各单位之间的关系，使公司有一个高效率的工作系统；

6. 与各界人土保持良好的公共关系，树立公司形象；

7. 以身作则，关心员工，奖罚分明，使公司有高度凝聚力；

8. 选聘、任免各单位高级管理人员的重要人事变动，决定公司机构设置，员工编制及奖惩、晋升工作。

任职要求：
1. 管理类专业大学本科以上学历；

2. 10年以上5星级酒店管理经验或者酒店管理公司管理经验，熟悉酒店类相关专业的工作内容，熟悉星级酒店各个环节的运营管理与流程，能高标准独立操作酒店各项业务；

3. 有较强的抗压能力，原则性强；具有较强的责任感；有较强的沟通协调能力及较强的执行力。
