职位描述
Job Description:
1. Follow the daily production with safety and environment manner.
2. Manufacturing quality and efficiency according to given targets and given schedule.
3. Build a good relationship between Valmet and customer.
4. Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully.
5. Ensure the use of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.
6. Implement the safety work regulation in Workshop; set up safety work instruction for related position; supervise the workshop safety work situation; report the safety accident to the workshop manager timely.
7. To train the operators to optimize their skill and knowhow.
8. Ensure the workshop process and his activity are carried out in the safe manner and according to local environmental and safety regulations.
9. Follow special tasks assigned by Workshop Manager.
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
2. 3-5 years working experience.
3. Mechanical design experience.
4. Good if have polymer products manufacture experiences.
5. Good English level.
6. Willing to be a team leader.
7. Familiar with lean and six sigma process.
