The successful candidate will be responsible for the following工作职责要求:
? Assist in analytical phases(As-is and Design) of the project to provide automotive dealer management insights, dealer best practices, and other aspects of the analytical and design tasks
? Assist in building financial business cases for different dealer format in different city tiers
? Play key role in designing dealer policies and dealer internal management systems and processes
? Take lead role in pilot phase to coach XXX network development team to roll out the designed dealer format and management systems in small number of pilot dealers
? Perform PMO related tasks in the overall management of the project
? Other additional contingent project related tasks assigned byXXX line manager.
Knowledge / skills / competencies:
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales processes in a management or consulting role, including dealer network development, general dear management
? Basic financial knowledge and understanding of key drivers of automotive dealer P&L.
? Excellent Good communication skills / Strong leadership skills 3 years in a team management
? Experience of working in international automotive corporation
? Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
? Confident presentation skills
? Able and keen to work independently and in an environment of changing targets
? High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel on weekly basis
Experiences:
? 5 years in international automotive business
? 3 years in a team management / project management and / or consulting role
? Project management experience in multiple (international) projects
? Experience in dealership management processes and dealer KPI management
