Accountabilities:

1. Payroll processing
2. Maintain HR system;
3. Periodically generate and deliver reports for various business purposes;
4. Coordinate with employment/staffing process, ensure employee information is properly filed and maintained.
5. Attend to employee enrollment and termination formalities
6. Expatriates management
7. Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. 1-2 year working experience in HR C&B function
3. Good English language skills;
4. Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
5. Preferred computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Able to work independently with instructions; Able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities;
7. Experience in multi-national work environment
