Main Responsibilities:
Managing programs within CBU Volkswagen from RFQ stage till end of program/lifetime.
Responsible for timing,project execution and budget responsibility.
Will need to maintain customer relationship within program scope and execute program activities according to the agreed program timeline.
Lead regular project meetings with internal team and customer.
Directly interfaces with Takata affiliated companies(domestic and overseas).
Personality&Skill Requirements:
Mature and settled behavior.Strong Program Management background preferred.Experience with Volkswagen as customer is needed.
Understanding for customer timing and project requirements,preferably of a technically advanced and safety related product.
Needs to challenge team results and perform influential leadership an team members.
Honest attitude with no reservations to address difficult situations internally and externally.
If Business major,strong technical affiliation advantageous.
Communication Skills:
External:
Communication with customers,need to understand how to communicate critical issues and how these need to be communicated to the customer and other parties.
Regular communication in Chinese,English.German language desirable.
Internal:
Manage cross-functional team and prioritize activities within organizational capacity constraints.
Regular communication in Chinese,English.
Essential Abilities:
Logic thinking.Strong and mature behavior and attitude.
Trainable skills:
Business procedures
Volkswagen related terms and processes(i.e.Formel Q)
Authorization limits:
Within to be agreed boundaries(detailed agreements for budgetary responsibility still to be defined).Escalation level to be defined.
