Job description

System Service Representatives play an essential role in IBM’s growth with extraordinary talent. Being IBM’s primary technical interface to client, you will work directly with clients while being responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of client’s IBM and multi-vendor systems. You will have the opportunity to advice clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors to improve client's IT operation. You will also take the challenge to manage IT critical situation until service problem is fixed.

In this role you will:

Perform technical support and solution implementation in customer accounts.

Implement IT projects, assist in new IT service solutions implementation.

Manage the account service delivery.

Responsible for developing positive relationships with customer to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and make contribution to the service business growth.

Prepare documentation for review report and activity planning.

Assists in hardware and system software services activities, including installation planning, account management, systems problem determination, relocation, diagnosis, software support etc.

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering / Computing Science or related disciplines.

At least 5-year experience in relevant working experience.

Excellent document writing and presentation skill.

Excellent communications skills.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Good IT hardware/software hands on skills.

Knowledge of IBM hardware (mainframe/server/storage) is a plus.

Knowledge of UNIX/Linux is a plus.

Certificate of Project Management Professional is a plus.

Fluent in both written and oral English.

Self-initiative and result oriented.

Sense of responsibility and good team work skill.
