Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for overall quality and environmental system work, and be responsible for quality data analysis and report.

全面负责公司体系方面的工作，负责质量数据分析和汇报

Establish applicable quality and environmental management system; keep the management system running effective and continuous improvement.

建立适用的质量和环境管理体系，保持管理体系的有效运行和持续改进

Quality data statistic and analysis, monitoring the trend and push continuous improvement.

质量数据统计和分析，监控其趋势并推动持续改进

Organizing company to be audited by OEM or customers relative to management system, developing corrective action and prevent action, and release the feedback to customer.

组织公司接受OEM或客户的体系相关的审核，对不合格项制定纠正和预防措施，并反馈给客户

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related filed

机械电子或其它相关专业本科及以上学历

Be good at using five core quality tools and data analysis ability.

质量管理五大核心工具的熟练运用，数据分析能力

Be familiar with country and local environmental and safety laws and regulations and TS16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18000

熟悉国家及地区环境/安全相关法律法规及TS16949 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18000

Acquire climate control system products knowledge and Q1 requirement and file management skill is a plus.

了解汽车空调产品相关知识、Q1要求、档案管理知识尤佳

Basic English skills and good computer skills

基本的英语读写能力，电脑操作熟练

Good communication skills and good problems solving ability, team work spirit, studious and diligence, and can work under pressure.
