Job Summary: Responsibility to represent America II in the Marketplace of the area to which Strategic Account Manager is assigned. The Account Manager will be a part of a team who supports the customer via different modes of communication


Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Develop new customer, grow existing customer with account growth strategies.
2. Exceed monthly sales & gross profit target
3. Promote America II and the business model with the many value added programs that America II offer.
4. Must have creative problem solving skills and ability to work with others.
5. Must be aware of market conditions and ability to present the company policy through training.
6. Must manage productivity through considered Time Management.
7. Manage daily activity.
8. Motivates, recommends positive alternatives.
9. Adheres to company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

1. Good communication Skills
2. Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3. Open minded entering the Sales Force.
4. Understand Procedures and Protocol.
5. Customer Service Skills and good follow through
6. Ability to Multi task.
7. Good relationship building skills.
8. More than 5 year sales experience in the related industries of electronic franchised distributor, independent distributor.
9. Familiar with electronic product manufacturers of EMS, OEM, ODM for Telecommunication, Networks, Medical, Industrial control, Industry Power, preferred.
