Position Focus:

Support T&C projects for validation test, DVP and DVP preparation, coordinate testing implementation with customer, testing lab and supplier.

Scope:

Automotive industry background, basic understanding and knowledge of electrical components testing.

Education:

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering.

Experience:

Requires 3+ years experience in testing for automotive electrical components

Job Specific

Comments:

Experience in validation testing, DVP and PVP preparation, testing result analysis and propose potential solution to product designer.

Strong and logical thinking of the failure mode analysis.

Experience in testing documentations and process, including DVP&R, PVP&R.

Be familiar with global automotive OEM’s validation procedure, specifications.

Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively in a team environment, interface effectively with the customer and test lab.

High practical skill of testing, testing sample preparation.

Be familiar with and able to handling testing equipments, devices.

Ability to effectively innovate and implement.

Excellent written communication skills English & Mandarin, good oral skill is preferable.

Self-starter, willing to learn and good at self-study good practical ability, prototype preparation.

Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint.

Understanding APQP process.

Experiences below are preferable:

Familiar with resin, copper and copper alloy properties, application

Product design background

Injection molding or stamping tools
