Objectives:
Develop the Polymer MDI business in Chongqing to meet the requirements of BASF Polyurethanes (ChongQing) Co. Ltd (maximum profitability of the MDI business)
Main Tasks:
- Project phase
- Perform a detailed market study to build up knowledge on customer industries and customer base, supply demand situation and forecast, quality requirements, price situation and prevailing pricing mechanism in the target market (Chongqing and surrounding provinces).
- Derive and implement a marketing strategy including frame agreements with key customers and business plan.
- Set-up partnership with logistics providers, supported by logistics procurement
- Perform a detailed market study to build up knowledge on customer industries and customer base, supply demand situation and forecast, quality requirements, price situation and prevailing pricing mechanism in the target market (Chongqing and surrounding provinces).
- Operation phase
- Manage the Polymer MDI business.
- To implement this strategy in close cooperation with production and supply chain management and to continuously optimize the Polymer MDI sales with the overarching target to maximize profitability of the MDI operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, sales and marketing or chemical or manufacturing industry related
- Min 5 year of experiences in sales and marketing
- Good English skills, SAP knowledge, entrepreneurial
