Objectives:

This position is targeted
at recruiting an experienced technical service member for Great China Technical
Service responsibilities with Performance Material construction team for
specific applications.

Main Tasks:

• Provide fast and
  best possible technical service to the customers; Follow up on customer
  complaints in a fast, efficient, and professional manner and assist
  customers in their problem solving in the best possible manner


• Lead New Project
  development.


• Collect marketing
  information, develop new customers, and coordinate closely with sales to
  achieve sales target; Promote the establishment of long term customer
  relationship to ensure a profitable customer base;


• Secure cost
  reduction of raw materials used;


• Conduct technical
  presentations, and line trials at customer sites


• Coordinate closely
  with Product Development, Quality Control, Material Management and Quality
  Management to ensure that consistent quality batches are produced in a
  timely manner, and fine-tune formulations when necessary;


• Prepare and keep
  updated professional documentation of all technical activities and trials
  carried out in-house and at customer site;


• Comply with BASF
  Environment Health Safety regulations
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor
  or above


• Working Experience:
  over 5 years


• Technical &
  Professional Knowledge: Polyurethane industry background, rigid
  application preferred.
