1.Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering or equivalent
2.Good communication skills especially in written English and Chinese; initiative and hardworking
3.Coordination with Project Team regarding facilities improvement and system upgrading
4.To liaise closely with client and tenants to ensure smooth operation of the Building and all major events or function within the campus
5.To oversee the performance of various service to ensure compliance of contract specifications
