Responsibility
To manage and lead a group of Senior Engineers, Engineers and Technicians to conduct Assembly and Test process optimization studies; determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.
Establish and review "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction" (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.
Establish plans and strategies to meet company performance indices
Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects
Ensure projects achieve the cost and quality requirements to the agreed schedule.
Coordinate all product development activities with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
Provide support and solutions on technical issues
Facilitate continuous improvement through QIT programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
Coach and perform people development for subordinates
Supervise and provide training, guidance to Engineers and Technicians to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
Perform audit and ensure engineering activities comply with local government requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
At least 8 years related working experience in Semiconductor Field. Familiar with both Assembly and Test Process improve.
Minimum 3 year in a management position in leading a engineering team with sound experience in project planning and manufacturing improvements.
Good Management skill
Be familiar with Electrical and mechanical
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Good vendor management skill.
Capable to work under pressure independently at multiple project environments
Good interpersonal and communication skills
