工作职责
Responsibility
◇ The job incumbent will be responsible to collaborate with customers and various functions to introduce products, provide data or report as customer request.
◇ Customer Representative, corresponding and responsible persons for customers’ request, audit and complaints.
◇ At the same time to monitor and inspect internal implementation, set quality objectives, check the customers satisfaction on internal training requirements, corrective and preventive action by relevant departments.
◇ Be responsible for the quality of automotive customer products.
◇ 5. Support for PPAP review and status follow up.
◇ Comply with all the rules and regulations of the company, ISO-9001 and the ISO/TS16949 quality system and ISO 14001, GP environmental protection system files.

Job Requirements
Education Background
◇ University graduate in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Working Experience
◇ More than 2 years assy & test or similar semiconductor factory experience
◇ Know well about VDA6.3 process audit requirement
◇ Good communication and reporting skill in English with CQE & Customer.
◇ Be good at quality system TS16949; QA toolings, such as SPC, FMEA, 5why, fish bond ...
Training Experience

Specialized Skill
◇ Know about PPAP procedure
◇ Able to use Microsoft Office and MS Project
◇ Good command of both written and spoken English
Other Requirement
◇ Hard working, self motivated, creative-mind set and able to accept work pressure
◇　Sound knowledge in semi-conductors industry is preferred.
