EM-IS Industrial Solutions

Essential Responsibilities

*Participate and lead automated manufacturing programs.
*Tooling & fixture design for assembly & test, write specification for outsourcing tooling/fixture.
*Develop value stream maps for the product lines and eliminate process waste through the implementation of lean techniques across the product lines
*Interaction with operation team in the supply chain to identify new Lean and cost out opportunities, and drive for continue improvement
*Build plant lean culture by influencing, collaborating and communicating with all levels of employees.
*Organize the Lean/TCO AWO and activities to achieve the plant lean target
*Lead project tracking and reviews to implement the improvement
*Assist for the global Lean model site certification

Qualifications/Requirements

*Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
*3+ years tooling/fixture design experience;
*Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, Action Workouts, Kaizen, Gemba walk, Production Preparation Process, 5s, and other lean tools is preferred
*Fast learning/aptitude in manufacturing software and hardware tools, i.e. Pro-E/Eplan/Windchill/GE Proficy/SAP, etc.,
*Bilingual in Chinese and English
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
