职位描述
主要职责:
1、负责对数据中心的精密空调、冷水机组、冷却塔、新排风、给排水等暖通系统的日常巡视、巡检及故障处理；
2、负责按规程对暖通设施进行适时调整，确保系统安全稳定高效地运行；
3、负责现场协助、配合维保单位做好机组维修、养护工作，督促施工安全防护及标识工作；
4、负责保持所辖设施和场地的整洁、完好；
任职要求：
1、大学专科或中等职业技术学校及以上学历，暖通、机电类相关专业，3年以上暖通设备安装维护经验；
2、具有国家职业资格认证制冷设备维修中级工以上职业资格证书，安全生产监督管理局核发的空调制冷设备操作维修特种工种上岗证书。
3、具有大型物业的末端空调、水冷或风冷热泵机组的运行及操作维护经验；
4、具备独立掌握热泵机组、末端空调、水系统的工作原理、维护保养、故障处理的能力；
5、具有较强的组织协调能力、团队合作意识、客户服务意识、安全生产意识；
6、能够适应非工作日值班。
