职位描述
主要职责:
1、负责组织人员7×24小时监控管理数据中心的设施运行，及时发现并督促排除故障和异常；
2、负责制定和组织落实相关运维计划，开展日检、月检、季检和年检等日常运维工作；
3、负责数据中心资产管理、事件管理、变更管理等；
4、负责汇总、分析日常运维数据，优化数据中心日常服务；
5、负责部门团队建设、员工工作督导，以及绩效管理。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机、电气、暖通、机电等相关专业，工作满5年以上；
2、具备3年以上数据中心基础设施运营团队管理经验，管理过5人以上的技术团队；
3、精通数据中心的电气或暖通专业，具备丰富的工程建设和运行管理实践经验；
4、具备很强的组织协调能力、团队建设、成本意识；
5、具备很强的计划能力，对潜在风险进行预防规划，并做好风险防范措施；
6、具备PMP、ITIL认证者，熟练操作AUTOCAD者优先；
7、良好的英语书面和口语能力尤佳。
