职位描述
主要职责：
1. 负责组织人员进行数据中心基础设施的综合运行保障；
2. 负责制定并推行运维实施流程规范、应急演练流程规范、应急故障排除流程规范、维护保养流程规范、改造扩容实施流程、设备人员进出管理流程等数据中心的整体运行保障制度；
3. 负责落实数据中心的质量标准，提高能源效率、人员效率、服务质量；
4. 负责部门团队建设、员工工作督导，以及绩效管理；
5. 负责数据中心进驻客户的场地选址、平面布局、改造实施、进驻管理等支持协调工作；
6、负责支持、协助营销部门开展有关市场活动。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机、电气、暖通、机电等相关专业，工作满5年以上；
2、具备3年以上数据中心基础设施运营团队管理经验，管理过5人以上的技术团队；
3、精通数据中心的电气或暖通专业，具备丰富的工程建设和运行管理实践经验；
4、具备很强的组织协调能力、团队建设、成本意识；
5、具备很强的计划能力，对潜在风险进行预防规划，并做好风险防范措施；
6、具备PMP、ITIL认证者，熟练操作AUTOCAD者优先；
7、良好的英语书面和口语能力尤佳。
