Role & Responsibility
§ Assist sales to handle orders and deal with internal operation procedure such as opening client's account.
§ In charge of checking if product has storage by Scala system. Responsible to coordinate with sales & client to secure a deliver on time.
§ In charge of pursuing product delivery. Assistant to deal with problems occur in transportation. Cfm with client whether cargo is arrived.
§ In charge of management, sort, file and reservation of contracts and clients' documents & data.
§ In charge of sending invoice to client.
§ In charge of doing sales statistic(actual delivery liters and amount in last month) of its responsible sales, and update it to sales timely.
§ In charge of receiving call inquiry and transfer project information to relevant sales.
§ In charge of collecting clients' feedback, coordinate to handle complaints.
§ Cooperation with sales, collect information and provide business document.
§ Assist sales to compile business & tending documents.
§ Assist sales to checking account, collecting money, and communicating with finance.
§ In charge of distribution and management of propaganda materials such as brochures and souvenir.
§ In charge of close cooperation with other department's colleague, keep project &product information shared & well communicated.
§ Assist sales to reserve hotel and book air tickets.
§ Assist other department as supporting function, such as customer satisfaction survey.
§ Complete the temporary work assigned by manager.

Qualification and Experience
§ Female of the age below 35.
§ College degree or above, with Management, Marketing, Chemistry or other relevant major.
§ At least two years work experience and one year similar position experience. Foreign enterprise experience is preferred.
§ Skilled at using Computer and MS Office.
§ Good spoken and written English (Above CET6 in priority).
§ Text organizational capacity and some knowledge of finance and tax.
