Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
1.Perform various works on behalf of COO / PM in a timely and professional manner
2.Maintain, update and communicate information within scope of authority
3.Be the point of first contact for any other supporting dept. for production
4.Coordinate with other departments Managers ( outside production ) and staff to collect information, report, etc on as needed basis.
5.Take initiatives to act professional on behalf of Production during their absence
6.Take the lead for specific tasks assigned by COO / PM and keep them on schedule
7.Take full responsibility on pending issues ( e.g. Housekeeping audit reporting, weekend duty arrangement, etc…. ) update and chase tasks with dept. managers / PM
8.Prepare presentations and take minutes of meeting for PM Meetings ( e.g. for Production management Meeting, LF Communication Meeting, etc… )
9.Take own initiatives and come up with ideas that improve company’s environment
10.Manage all meeting details such as room reservations, preparing agendas, securing necessary IT equipment, initializing presentations, catering, and attendee updates
11.Coordinate and initiate conference calls based on requirement of COO / PM
12.Prepare expense reports if required by COO / PM

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
1.University Degree with min. 3 years of administration support experience
2.Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment, take directions, pay attention to detail and follow up as required
3.Fluent English skill, both oral and written, German language as a plus
4.Mature, good interpersonal relationship, smart communication skill
5.Self-confident, honest, careful and patient
6.Excellent typing skill, proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
7.Good team player
