岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

1. 建立公司主要经营业务在内的环境和职业健康与安全管理体系，组织开展体系审核与运行监督；

Develop the environment, health and safety management system based on
Brose business. Organize the system audit and operation monitor.

2. 建立危害辨识与风险控制管理程序，指导各部门对职业危害因素进行辨识，定期开展危害辨识与风险控制审核；

Develop harmfulness identification and hazard controlling procedure.
Guide departments to identify the business hazards. Organize harmfulness
identification and hazard controlling audit regularly.

3. 建立EHS检查与整改程序，指导各部门编制各类EHS检查表，对检查中的不符合项进行纠正和预防；

Develop EHS audit and correction procedure. Guide departments to create
the EHS checklist forms and tracking the non-conformance items.

4. 建立消防与火灾预防程序，完善消防设施配备、检查与更换、火警报告与处理，开展防火与消防检查和审核；

Develop the fire-fighting and fire prevention procedure. Improve the
related issues about fire-fighting equipment, checking and renewing, fire alarm
report and processing. Organize the fire-fighting and fire prevention audit
regularly.

5. 建立危险化学品管理程序，指导各部门对化学品购买、包装、装卸与运输、标识、储存、使用、废弃及应急处置开展检查和审核；

Develop hazardous chemical management procedure. Guide departments to
audit the purchasing, packaging, transportation, marking, storage, usage,
abandon and emergency disposal of hazardous chemical.

6. 对清洁生产与节能减排、环境监测与污染排放、交通安全、职业健康、承包商等方面进行EHS监督和管理；

Monitor and manage the cleaner production, energy conservation, emission
reduction, environment monitor, transportation safety, business health,
suppliers, etc. based on EHS requirement.

7. 建立事故报告、调查分析处理程序，建立公司突发事件应急救援预案；

Develop accident report, investigation analysis and dispose procedure.
Develop emergency plan of the Company.

8. 与有关环保、安监、卫生、消防等相关政府关系的维护与协调；

Coordinate with the government organizations such as Environmental
Protection, Safety Supervision, Hygiene Department, Fire-fighting, etc.

9. 对第三方安保公司及人员的管理；

Management of security company and their security persons.

10. 提供EHS相关培训，如新员工培训、PPE培训、化学品安全使用培训、外部供应商安全培训等，提高员工的安全责任意识。

Provide EHS training, e.g. EHS orientation training, PPE training,
chemical safety training, contractor safety training and external EHS related
training. Improve the EHS awareness of employees.

岗位要求 Job Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，安全管理、环境类相关专业；

Bachelor or above degree, major in safety management, environmental or
equivalent.

2. 五年以上相关工作经验；

More than 5 years’ related experience.

3. 具备企业经营以及环境、职业健康、安全管理等方面的知识；

With solid knowledge of enterprise operation, environment, business
health, safety management, etc..

4. 熟悉安全生产及职业健康安全法律法规，熟悉ISO14000体系；

Be familiar with the law and regulations about safety production and
business health. Be familiar with
ISO14000.

5. 具备较强的沟通能力和执行力；

Excellent communication skill and strong execution.

6. 能熟悉运用英语进行书面和口语交流。

Fluent
English both in writing and speaking.
