General Summary Statement

To assist the Wholesale Audit Coordinator on all audit team administration, including supporting the auditors during the auditing process and subsequent audit clearance process and recording audit results.

Key Duties

·Run audit report / fax to auditors

·Auditor travel arrangement and reservation

·Handle auditor's call and provide instruction on audit issues

·Report audit result

·Assist in vehicle and CC in transit confirmation

·Follow up dealer payment status related to audit findings

·Assist in audit clearance

·Input regular audit result into CFOCUS / e-Tracking

·Run and file audit summary report

·Assist in audit penalty report

·Issue warning / thank you letter to dealers

·Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by business.

Requirements

·Professional school graduate, at least;

·Certain working knowledge of the manufacturer and dealer processes in the ordering, delivery and administration of units;

·Certain written and verbal English language skills;

·Skilled in data input process and general administration;

·Good inter-personal skills/good team player;

·Careful, responsible, initiative and hard working personality;

·Demonstrates high personal standards of integrity.

协助库存车辆盘点协调员管理车辆盘点综合事务， 包括为现场盘点提供支持，协助核实盘点完成情况，记录盘点结果。

核心职责

·负责向盘点人员发送盘点清单；

·协助盘点人员安排差旅；

·处理盘点人员电话反馈，提供指示帮助盘点人员处理现场盘点中的问题；

·及时汇报盘点结果；

·协助盘点人员确认在途车辆/合格证；

·追踪盘点中发现的经销商还款问题；

·协助核实盘点完成情况；

·在CFOCUS系统 / e-Tracking 中记录盘点结果；

·制作盘点总结报告并负责归档；

·协助制作盘点违规罚金报告；

·向经销商出具感谢信/ 警告函；

·执行与公司业务有关的临时任务。

任职资格

·大学大专或以上学历

·有一定汽车领域及经销商运营的经验为佳

·为人诚实可靠

·一定的英文听说读写技能

·擅长数据管理

·擅长沟通 ，有团队合作精神

·工作认真负责
