General Summary

The position will report directly to OEM Sale Manager with its major job focuses on OEMs (in the territory of Northwest China) development and maintenance, order monitoring and following up new OEMs developing.


Job Duties (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):

1. Develop new Export OEMs to catch up additional growth.
2. Work closely with the Export OEMs to hit the sales target.
3. Monitor the whole sales process, includes but not limited to products identifying, order following and coordination with relevant business units, etc to make sure products reached in client timely
4. Report on existing OEMs status, order forecast and quality complaints handling
5. Other assignments dominated by immediate supervisor


Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

1. Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
2. Good command of international trading process
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Excellent English expression skills both in oral and written and computer-literacy
5. Ambitious, detailed-oriented and independent working capability


Education Requirements:
(Degree and/or additional relevant training):

1. Bachelor Degree with its major in BS discipline, mechanical is preferable


Experience Requirements:
(Years of related experiences):

1. At least 3-5 years working experience in OEM/ industry products sales
