QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:职位要求：

· Grade 12 education or equivalent education and work related experience.

· 接受过十二年或者相同的教育并有相关的工作经验

· Good English skills written and verbal,

· 良好的英语书面和口头能力

· Working knowledge of SPC charting and interpreting,

· 在SPC的图表和解释中有一定的知识

· Previous A1 Teamleader or Supervisor experience,

· 之前具备组长和主管的工作经验

· Previous experience on a lifttruck, crane and set-up or willing to attain,

· 有叉车、起重车及其相关设置的工作经验，并且愿意操作

· Knowledge of performing pre-shift safety checks,

· 能执行安全检查的相关知识

· Effective organizational skills,

· 有效的组织能力

· Working knowledge of check fixtures, vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators,

· 对检具，游标卡尺， 毫米， 和表盘指示器有一定的认识

· Good knowledge of all assembly equipment,

· 较好的装配设备领域的知识

· Occupational health and safety courses,

· 良好的职业健康和安全的课程

· W.H.M.I.S. training,

· W.H.M.I.S.培训

· Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer,

· Must have good mechanical aptitude and strong trouble shooting skills.

· Ensure that accurate shift reports are completed,

· 确保精确完成上班的报告

· To ensure that first-off/last-off and once per shift checks are completed at each work station,

· 确保每个工人在每次开工和结束的时候都能完成一次相关的检查

· Assign and delegate jobs according to priority.

· Ensure safe and healthy working practices.

· Quality and quantity of shift production,

· Traceability of material through use of tagging system,

· Follow up repairs and maintenance,

· Record attendance and timekeeping,

· Conduct Employee Performance Appraisals,

· Know, understand, and apply the principals of D.D.I. and “Managing The Employee Charter”,

· General housekeeping,

· Maintain positive communication between departments,

· Ensure only trained, qualified Employees operate machinery and equipment

· 确保只有受过训练和有资格证书的员工才能操作机器和设备

· Instruct workers in safety, including the use of personal protective equipment, maintain proper housekeeping, recognize unsafe work condition,

· 指导工人的安全， 包括个人保护设备的使用， 维持适当的现场管理， 能识别不安全的工作状况

· Administer first aid when necessary and fill out reports,

· 必要时及时帮助并填写报表

· Enforce company and safety rules, inform Supervisor of violations

· 实施公司安全条例， 有违规需通知主管

· Perform regular workplace inspections,

· 按时检查工作场所

· Conduct safety talks, staff meetings and department/line meetings,

· 在员工会议和部门/生产线会议上善于表达

· Be involved in accident/incident investigation programs.

· 参与事故/事件调查程序

· Ensure that new employees are trained on department hazards and safe operation of equipment,

· 确保新员工在部门危险和设备的的安全操作时接受过培训的

· Correct or commend health and safety performance,

· 提倡健康安全的执行工作

· Conduct performance appraisals for workers’ safety performance.

· 为工人的安全表现进行业绩评估

· Authorize timecards.

· 能委托考勤卡的管理

· Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook
