Responsibility
工作职责
Maintains and repairs equipement against daily maintenance list, completes preventive maintenance and repair tasks for equipements regularly
根据日常维护清单对设备进行维护检修，定期完成设备/预见性维修保养任务
Carries out emergency repair and trouble-shooting of various mechanical/electrical failures to guarantee the safe and normal operation of equiments
负责抢修及排除各类机械/电气设备故障，确保设备安全正常运行
Patrol checks, analyses, judges, and settles abnormal cases during production and reports on time
按时进行巡检，分析、判断和处理生产过程中的异常情况，并及时汇报
Implement and fill TPM form and maintain TPM Kanban
实施并填写TPM相关表单，及TPM看板的维护
Know well all sorts of spare parts：type，quantity and storage place，can rapidly repair machines
熟悉所有设备备件类型，数量和存放位置，能快速维修设备
Team up rebuilding job leading by engineers and improvement teams
积极参与工程师主导的设备改进工作和持续改进小组
To observe all rules and regulations
遵守公司的规章制度


Qualification
任职资格
Technical secondary school’s degree or above; major in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant field is preferred
中专、技校、高中或同等及以上学历，机械/电子或相关专业为佳
Three or more years of repairment and maintenance experience
三年或以上设备维修维护经验
Related qualifications needed
相关专业从业资格证（如电工证，钳工证，焊工证等）
High Voltage AC Qualification if required
高压电工证（对于从事动力配电作业的电工必需拥有此证）
English reading skills
英语阅读能力
