• Bachelor's degree above.
• 本科以上学历
• Good English skills written and verbal,

• Working knowledge of SPC charting and interpreting,
• 对SPC的图表和解释有一定的知识
• 5 years or above experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferably)
• 制造业5年以上工作经验（汽车工业优先）
• Previous A1 Teamleader or Supervisor experience,
• 3年以上组长和主管的工作经验
• Knowledge of performing pre-shift safety checks,
• 能执行安全检查的相关知识
• Effective organizational skills,
• 有效的组织能力
• Working knowledge of check fixtures, vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators,
• 对检具，游标卡尺， 毫米， 和表盘指示器有一定的认识
• Good knowledge of all assembly equipment,
• 较好的装配设备领域的知识
• Occupational health and safety courses,
• 良好的职业健康和安全的课程
• Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer,

• Must have good mechanical aptitude and strong trouble shooting skills.

• Report problems with machines and request assistance from Toolroom/Maintenance as required, generate work orders as required

• Conduct Employee Performance Appraisals,

• General housekeeping,

• Maintain positive communication between departments,

• Ensure only trained, qualified Employees operate machinery and equipment

• Instruct workers in safety, including the use of personal protective equipment, maintain proper housekeeping, recognize unsafe work condition,

• Enforce company and safety rules, inform Supervisor of violations

• Perform regular workplace inspections,

• Conduct safety talks, staff meetings and department/line meetings,

• Be involved in accident/incident investigation programs.

• Ensure that new employees are trained on department hazards and safe operation of equipment,

• Correct or commend health and safety performance,
