Strong focus on user experience and strong conviction of user value;

Strong problem solving skills and acute business sense that enable good business judgment;

Good understanding of China specifics; fluency in Mandarin and English;

International exposure is a plus, and MBA degree with a prestigious school is a plus.

岗位职责

Develop a deep understanding of specific internet products/services in terms of consumers' needs, attitudes, and use patterns, and market/competitive activities;

Provide strategic analyses and recommendations over a broad range of management issues for SNG;

Facilitate execution of key initiatives across business groups and functions;

Analyze emerging business models and internet innovations to help top management identify new growth areas;

As part of the SNG strategy team, develop annual SNG business plan and budget.
