Principle responsibilities/Duties:

As part of the strategic site expansion program in Shanghai, Roche Innovation Center Shanghai seeks a project manager for management of a major investment project in China.

The objective of project user team is:

Identify the business case

Apply for Credit

Prioritize objectives

Establish user requirements

Building up and staff user organization

Review design deliverable

As project manager to assistance the user team leader you will:

Manage projects for the Roche Innovation Center Shanghai

Be responsible for project delivery from front-end to final acceptance by different teams

Facilitate internal stakeholders by offering supports

Provide regular status updates and planning, deliverable and reports

Follow up action items for timely completion 

Ensure prompt and smooth communication among parties

Be responsible for project execution to details planning, schedule and budget

Meeting minute and discussions

Update/consolidate project database

Track resource usage

Meeting scheduling and coordination

Presentation preparation

Communicate internally and externally for projects planning and progress

Qualification/Requirements:

Management of diverse stakeholders in multicultural environments, pronounced conceptual way of thinking

Education background: PhD or MS with project management experience

Professional knowledge/skills:

a. Basic knowledge of drug discovery and pharmaceutical R&D

b. Basic knowledge of laboratory setup

c. Project management experience will be beneficial

d. Basic knowledge of governmental laboratory requirement
