Job description

Lead sales for nominated accounts. Prepare an account plan, map and build relationship with key personnel in the customer organization, prepare proposals, communicate the IBM value proposition, arrange product presentations, coordinate proposal preparation, lead commercial and contract negotiations. Coordinate internal proposal compliance

Requirement:

• Good knowledge of Banking and Finance

• Experience of large value, complex, solution selling preferably in the Banking industry

• Basic technology awareness

• Knowledge of the China Banking industry

• Good written and oral communication skill

• Well organized

• Self-motivated, hard working

• Fluency in English and Chinese

Required

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 7 years experience in Local Experience

• English: Fluent

• Chinese simplified: Fluent
