Job Purpose:
Clearly identify EHS engineer job responsibilities, establish guidance, promote and continuously improve corporate safety performance.
明确 EHS工程师的工作职责，建立引导，促进并持续公司的安全性能。
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities：

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Organize the establishment of policy for equipment safety, fire protection and environment operation control and monitor the implementation, take the effective action to push all related task.
组织制定设备安全，消防安全，环境运行控制等相关的制度和操作规程并监督实施，采取有效措施推动相关各项工作的有效开展。
2.Organize to identify and audit the hazards and environment factors, monitor the implementation of control method the management, audit relevant risk and environmental factors during the manufacturing change process and program launch.
组织危险源，环境因素识别和评价，并督促检查各项控制措施，管理方案的实施情况；并在工艺，产品更改和新产品投产过程中，参与执行相关的风险和环境因素评价。
3.Make safety audit standard in company, and push safety performance improvement continuously by periodic audit.
制作公司安全审计标准，通过周期审计不断改进和完善安全性能。
4.Give technical support to specify for new contraction, machinery or processes to determine if all EHS precautions have been included.
对新项目中设备的选型或过程提供技术支持，以确定EHS相关要求是否得到考虑。
5.To analysis, evaluate and prevent accident for equipment.

Key Qualifications:

4.Bachelor degree; mechanical / safety engineering or other related major.

5.At least 2-3 years safety management work experience as a plus.
