职位描述
Responsibility
·Plant internal layout plan for logistics handling,material flow,warehousing and work efficiency of logistics.
·Logistics budget and cost control,continuous improvement plan for cost effciency.
·Lean manufacturing logistics requirement and standardized operation of logistics and material handling and shipping.Build logistics working procedures to have a good instruction for the daily job to help warehouse have good performance.
·Understand,teach and promote the use of all lean tools such as 5S,VSM,SMED,SW,TPM,Production leveling,KANBAN,Kaizen & Hosin etc.
·participate in building up a lean culture in the company,hereunder grounding a base for a common language and common methods,make audit status,make documentation for achieved results and make short term as well as long term action plans.
Qualification
·At least Bachelor's degree.
·At least 3 years working experience in automobile industry.
·Good command of lean production tools.
·bachelor or above degree with a specialization in industrial engineering.
·Good command of English
