Requirements:
1. A hands-on, can-do attitude when actively managing all aspects of a bar/restaurant for profitability.
2. Thorough understanding of how to manage, guide and motivate staff for expected results.
3. Ability to work as a team across multiple cultures.
4. A fun outgoing personality – able to interact effectively with our customer base and deliver genuine and memorable service.
5. Strong communication and organization skills.
6. Relevant work experience, more than 2 years related working experience
7. Good language skills both English and Chinese
