Design and develop cross platform SDK’s around Aspera core and application level technologies.


Work both independently and with a team of peers who subscribe to agile methodologies

Develop unit tests as part of the daily development process.
• Assist the Aspera Support team with SDK related issues on an escalation basis.

Create test cases for new features

Perform manual testing of Aspera products as required

Find new/creative solutions to customer challenges.

Required and or Preferred Technical / Professional expertise

5+ years of Software Development experience in .NET, C++ or Java.

Strong understanding of software engineering and testing principles

Understanding of TCP/IP networking and protocols

Experience with Unit Test Frameworks such as N/JUnit.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to achieve results on tight time lines with little daily guidance

Requirements

B.Sc. or greater in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
