Position Focus:

Support senior engineering for junction boxes design, modification, prototype preparation and DV testing.

Scope:

Requires general mechanical and electrical knowledge

Education:

Bachelor degree in Engineering or other technical degree.

Experience:

Requires 3+ years experience in electrical boxes design electromechanical engineering

Job Specific

Comments:

Experience in design engineering of electrical boxes or electromechanical products. Experience in documentation and engineering process control, ECN process. Understanding APQP process is preferable.

Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to effectively innovate and implement.

Excellent written communication skills English & Mandarin, good oral skill is preferable.

Self-starter, willing to learn and good at self-study good practical ability, prototype preparation.

Ability to negotiate effectively. Understanding of engineering. Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint.

Ability to interface effectively with the customer.

Ability to work in a highly productive/constantly changing environment.

Ability to use 2D and 3D design software, CATIA is preferable.

Familiar with resin, copper and copper alloy properties, application

Experience in design validation and failure mode analysis capabilities.

Experiences below are preferable:

FEA analysis skill

PCB design experience

Terminals and connectors design

Injection molding or stamping tools design
