职位概要
Summary
Take charge of die& tooling design.Take responsibility for tooling design& check- ing the die degin from supplier as well.
主管工模具设计。负责工具设计，并审核来自供应商的模具设计方案。

职责
Responsibilities
1.    Check the die design from supplier, give some proposals to supplier if necessary.
审核来自供应商的模具设计方案，必要时给予模具供应商合理化建议。
2.    Responsible for the tooling design and tell supplier which tooling we have prepared well for the new dies in advance.
负责工具设计，并提前告知供应商关于新模已配备好的相应工具。
3.    Select the appropriate supplier and order the new dies& tooling.
选择合适的供应商并下工模具订单。
4.    Follow up the tooling and die design& manufacture process, make sure the tooling& dies arrive at SCAP on time.
跟踪模具设计及加工全过程，确保工模具按时交付中铝萨帕。
5.    Input the die’s information into SPES system in time, make sure the die’s information is always up to date.
及时把模具信息录入SPES系统，确保模具信息总处于最新状态。
6.    Follow up the die trial& correcting, give feedback to supplier by die report, make sure supplier have done the modification of die design next time.
跟踪试模、修模全过程，反馈模具报告给供应商，确保模具供应商下次已完善模具设计方案。
7.    Responsible for the die management. Guide operator& die technician follow up the nitriding rule, contact with supplier and finish nitriding on time.
负责模具管理。指导操作工及模具技术员遵循氮化规则，联系氮化供应商并及时完成模具氮化。

技能及任职资格
Skills and post qualification
1.    the age is between 30 and 50,with a bachelor degree or above.
年龄在30至50岁，本科及以上学历。
2.    at least 8 years of experience for die& tooling design in aluminium extrusion area.
在铝挤压领域至少8年以上的工模具设计经验。
3.    fimilar with the die& tooling manufacturing process.
     熟悉工模具加工工艺。
4.    Proficient in using office system.
熟练使用办公软件。
5.    Good at communication& coordination.
良好的沟通和协作能力。
