工作职责Job Responsibility

1.制订设备、工装及基础设施的申请、采购、制造、安装、验收、维护及报废等流程；
Define equipment, tooling and infrastructure application, purchasing, manufacturing, installation, acceptance, maintenance and scrap procedure;

2.协助项目制订设备及工装等技术协议，并参与设计评审、初验收、安装调试及终验收等；
Assist the project to define the equipment and tooling technical agreement, and attend the design review, pre-acceptance, installation and final acceptance;

3.制订并实施各级设备维护计划及应急计划，降低设备停机率及设备维护保养成本；
Define and excute each level's TPM plan and emergency action plan, reduce the downtime and cost;

4.确保及时、高效地处理设备故障，并分析重大设备故障原因及制订改进计划；
Ensure equipment or process break-down is solved quickly and effectively, and analyze big break-down's root cause and make the action plan;

5.实施各级安全审核及日常安全检查，确保无安全事故发生；
Excute each level's safety adudit and ensure 0 accident;

6.根据公司发展需要制订设备管理人力需求计划并组建团队，制订设备管理人员培训计划并实施及评估培训效果；
Define maintenance organization and setup according to company's development;Define and excute maintenance training plan and evaluate the training result;

7.完成领导安排的其他工作；

岗位任职资格 Position Qualification

1.具备较强的管理能力及团队意识，具备较强的分析解决问题的能力，了解GD&T及DOE；
Good management skills and team motivation;Good problem ananlyzing and solving abilities, know how about GD&T and DOE;

2.了解和运用现代化加工技术，具备丰富的冲压、焊接、涂装、装配及机加工知识；
Understand and be able to apply modern manufacturing techniques, good knowledge of stamping, welding, painting, assembly and machining;

3.熟悉基本的机械、液压、气动、润滑及电气控制知识；
Know how about mechanic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and PLC;

4.熟悉工厂基础设施、冲床、焊机、涂装线及Tox机的管理维护；
Know how about plant facilities, press machine, welding machine, paint line and Tox machine maintenance;

5.良好的英语听说读写能力，熟悉办公软件、工程软件等；
Good english listening, speaking and writing, be familiar with Office software and CAD;
