工作职责Responsibility：
1 质量问题整改，焊接尺寸问题，查找原因，工装调整；焊缝质量问题，查找原因，调整示教点。 Quality issue rectification，CMM reprot NOK,analysis reason,adjust fixture;welding seam issue,analysis reason,adjust program.
2 工艺维护保养，工艺改进，包括焊接备件入SAP系统，工装点检，焊接参数点检，程序备份，喷嘴、导电嘴座定期更换等。Process maintain,improve，eg SAP update for welding spare parts,fixture check,welding parameter check,backup for program,and change gas nozzle and tip base in regular intervals.
3 作业指导书、点检表、统计表的建立、更新、完善，包括生产操作作业指导书、返工作业指导书、清枪作业指导书、工艺点检表、断弧统计表等。Set up WI、check list、statistic list,and update、complete.eg WI、reWI、cleaning torch、process check list、interrupt arc statistic.
4 参与项目阶段工艺评审、问题统计跟踪、作业文件建立完善、备件准备。Participate in project phases,eg process review、issue statistic、WI setup、improve、spare parts prepare.
5 产能提升，包括节拍优化、焊接工艺改进、断弧问题改善。The capacity improve,include cycle time optimize,welding process and interrupt arc issue improve.
6 对操作工日常操作、点检内容的培训，以及对技术员工作要领、处理问题能力的培训。Training for operator about the operating and checking,and technician about the essentials and the capacity for deal with issue.

任职要求Qualification：
1.较丰富的焊接机器人经验，熟悉焊接质量问题处理及MAG焊、电阻焊。 了解焊接设备。
Be experienced in electric resistance welding and MAG welding, have good way to cope with weilding defect. Know well about welding facility.
2.非常熟悉焊接机器人操作和编程，以及焊接夹具的设计原理。
Be very familar with robot operation and programme, as well as welding robot fixture.
3.熟悉焊接工艺，能独立改善焊接流程。
Be familar with welding process, could improve the welding procedure independently.

4.熟悉产品图纸和工装图纸

Able to read product drawing and fixture drawing.

5.熟练操作CAD、CATIA等制图软件

Be familiar with CAD,CATIA etc software
