工作职责Responsibility:
1.负责处理客户投诉及提出相关质量问题的解决方案 To handle customer complaints and make solution
2.确保客户的要求和抱怨可以及时准确的传递给相关部门，并且，相关的人员可以及时了解客户的质量问题及顾虑 Make sure the customer concerns can be delivered to internal team and relative dept.
3.指导并支持驻厂客服开展工作，确保各项指标的完成，并持续改进 Direct and support the site residence technician to work, ensure all quality target could be met and improve continuously
4.负责牵头组织改善客户抱怨，组织8D会议并关闭 Responsible for summarizing all customer complaints and organizing 8D meeting to close the issue
5.协助APQP工程师完成新项目正常投产，确保O PPM. Assist APQP engineer to complete new project launch normally and achieve 0 PPM
6.与其他部门保持良好、充分的沟通以更好地推动质量问题的解决Keep good communication with other dept. to solve the problem
7.完成上级交代的其他工作Any other task requested by dept. manager

任职要求Qualification：
1.至少5年以上汽车行业及丰富的售后经验5 years minimum relevant customer service experience in automotive company
2.善于沟通和处理人际关系，有能力激发他人进行改进Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and ability to motivate others to improve performance

3.客户8D能力 Experienced in customer 8D
