Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
工作职责：
Pre-production phase (construction and plant start-up):
前期 (工厂建设和启动)：
1. Planning & execution of all activities to setup the new joint venture.
为合资企业的建立设定自己的工作计划并落实。
2. Collaborate with all cross functional teams such as EHS and Sourcing as required to insure guidelines for safety, quality, and adherence to company policies are met. 与EHS、
采购等部门密切协作，使安全、质量和公司政策等能得以贯彻并得到保证。
3. Have primary responsibility to insure the correct machines and equipment are selected and ordered in time to meet the planned production dates.
确保生产设备的正确选型并及时采购以满足规划好的开始生产日期。
4. Work closely with the global technology team to implement new product introduction under the oversight of systems team and consulting engineer.
密切联系全球技术团队，在系统团队和顾问工程师的监督下实现新产品的引进。
5. Work with the construction team to insure required infrastructure is in place for equipment such as electrical outlets, sufficient power, and safety.
与施工团队配合以确保所需的基础设施安装到位,如插座配置完善,有足够的电力以及具备足够的安全性。
6. Develop and implement a standards certification plan (CCC, GB, others) for products to be produced in close interaction with global technology team.
在与全球技术团队的密切配合下制定并实施产品认证（如CCC，GB等）。
7. Develop and implement pilot production plans for plant start-up.
为工厂启动制定和实施试生产计划。
8. Work with cross functional team to accelerate ISO9000 certification.
与各职能团队密切配合以加速通过ISO9000质量认证体系。
9. New orders production technical support at supplier locations in Shanghai until new plant is opened.
在上海的供应商生产场地为新订单的生产提供技术支持，直到新工厂具备生产能力。
10. Staff, train, and manage technical team to insure plant start-up targets are met or exceeded.
技术团队人员的招聘、培训并管理好团队，为新工厂的启动提供充分的保证。
Production phase:
生产阶段：
1. Along with Technology and global systems team, evaluate and assess the impact of current and future regulatory developments (such as GB, IEC, and CCC) to advice internal departments on required actions to ensure continued compliance of company’s products.
跟随技术和全球系统团队,评估将来因产品调整在标准方面所带来的影响(如GB、IEC、CCC等)，为内部相关部门提供建议及所需的行动方案以确保公司的产品能持续符合相关规范。
2. Work with manufacturing teams to establish processes, develop test fixtures, and tooling as required.
与生产团队配合，建立生产流程、完善测试条件及测试设备。
3. Continued staffing, training, and developing team to meet business needs.
持续执行人员招聘、培训以及团队建设以满足公司业务发展的需求。
4. Work with cross functional teams such as Quality, Sourcing, and Production to continuously evaluate ways to improve quality, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.
与质量、采购和生产等部门密切合作，提高产品质量，降低成本，提高客户满意度。
5. Provide technical consultation on project bids as required.
根据需求为项目投标提供技术支持。
6. Implement a system to authorize and control the use of technical information and instructions.
对技术相关的信息和资料进行系统化管理。
7. Operate an efficient technical publications section to enable up to date technical references (manuals, service bulletins, etc.) to be readily available and accessible to all personnel.
实时更新和发布技术刊物(如手册、服务通报等)，为员工提供便捷的访问途径。
8. Support manufacturing in the development of in-house repair capabilities.
协助提高工厂的维修能力。
9. Work close with quality to insure products meet or exceed specifications and search for ways to improve that are meaningful to company and customers.
与质量部门密切配合，使产品达到或超过规范要求，并努力寻求公司和客户双赢的方案。
10. Lead NPI efforts as required from plant in cooperation of global technology team.
与全球技术团队协作，完善新产品的按需导入。
11. Oversee support team for post-sale support as required.
监督支持团队按需求提供售后支持。
12. Other work delegated by higher managers.
完成上级交代的临时工作。
Qualifications & Skills:
任职资格
Minimum:
最低要求
1. Bachelors or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.
学士或以上学历，电气、机械、材料或制造工程专业。
2. Minimum of 5 years engineering experience of industrial products.
至少5年的工业产品经验。
3. Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
较强的领导能力。
4. Previous experience with low, medium, or DC voltage switchgear.
有中低压开关柜及直流开关柜的产品经验。
5. Good communication skills, Chinese written and spoken, English written.
良好的沟通能力，中文读写能力，英文写作能力。
6. Self-starter, fast learner, and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
工作积极主动，有较强的学习能力，较强的人际交往能力和团队协作精神。
7. Strong PC skills (MS Office).
较强的计算机应用能力（MS Office）。
