职位概要
Summary
负责对公司加工能力的供应资源进行开发。负责对直接原材料供应资源的开发。保证公司对外协加工资源和直接原材料的需求，包括质量，成本和交付。
Lead the sourcing of product processing which will not be done within SCAP’s own production facilities. The sourcing responsibility includes all direct product material as well as all metal sourcing sales. The Sourcing Manager will lead a team with the target to develop qualified suppliers by on time delivery, good quality and competitive cost.
职责
Responsibilities: 
 
1.    开发产品资源。该资源可用于公司内部后续加工，也可能由材料供应商直接发往客户。
Sourcing of all direct material used in SCAP’s product portfolio. The direct material can either processed at SCAP or transferred directly to customer without adding any value at SCAP’s own production facilities.
2.    开发外协资源以满足公司对工序能力的需求。该工序能力是公司现有能力的补充和补足。
Sourcing of all product processing which will not be done within SCAP’s own production facilities. The sourcing covers process capabilities which SCAP does not possess and sourcing of product processing due to limitations of SCAP’s own production capacity.
3.    开发铝合金金属资源，并负责公司报废铝合金的销售管理。
Sourcing of all metal used for SCAP. This responsibility covers as well sales of metal process scrap.
4.    评估供应商质量及技术保证能力，确保所选择供应商在质量及技术保证能力满足公司要求。
Evaluate potential suppliers’ capability from quality assurance, capacity, continuous cost reduction, on time delivery, etc to make sure it meets our volume, quality and delivery requirements.
5.    负责供应资源的日常管理。按客户需求对供应资源进行系统化管理，保证所有资源供应商按客户及公司要求进行有效，包括产品报价、产品开发、首件检查、变更管理、项目管理、 产能管理、持续改进等， 并提供有效证据。
Make sure suppliers have required management system, from RFQ, Product development, FAI，Change management，Project management, Capacity management, Continuous improvement, etc., and evidence will be submitted as per required.
6.    制订供应商审核计划，确保供应商对质量过程控制的有效性。
Take the lead to audit product and process suppliers and make sure suppliers activities relating to our products are under control.
7.    监控供应商过程管理的有效性，从原材料到交付。如有必要，现场监督及审核。Supervise and follow up suppliers’ products quality and manufacturing process from its’ raw material to parts delivery. Go on-site audit if necessary.
 
 
技能及任职资格
Skills and post qualification
1.    Over 10 years’ working experience as Sourcing, Purchasing, Engineering supervisor or manager.
2.    Previous experience in Aluminum products manufacturing company is a plus.
3.    Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
4.    Travel time is about 50%.
5.     of a University degree in non-ferrous material.
6.    Communication in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
