Duties
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of flooring product, solutions and concepts to Foreign Direct Investors as well as Foreign Architects, Foreign Developers and Foreign Companies that could act as dealers
2. Find out potential customers/buyers/end users and set up cooperation relationship
3. Introduce/explain to customers/ end users about products/solutions
4. Organize training program to dealers
5. Communicate with / visit customers, such as designer / developer / general contractor / s for marketing activity
6. Coordinate with all concerned people, such as designer / developer / general contractor / for all necessary activities before/during/after sales/applications
7. Collect & Analyze market information regarding project / competitor's activities / pricing etc


Requirements
1. University degree or above, related to construction or relevant
2. Min 2 years experience in building material industry with a good performance recorders
3. Good education background with speaking and written English competence
4. Advance level in computer environment. (Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD)
5. Has working experience in foreign company. Good presence and communication skills
6. Good management ability. Good communication and negotiation skill. Self-motivated work under pressure
7. Live in Chengdu/Chongqing area
