JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Prepare PID draft, isometric sketch, single / double line proposal schematic drawing, tank and vessel outline under the supervision of team leader;
? Prepare construction drawings: 2D/3D skid, face piping drawings, equipment layout, plinth, prepare civil requirement document and drawings, etc.;
? Generate material list, instrument list, valve list, and related for procurement;
? Design clarification to client, supplier, sub-contractor, or other team members;
? Check and update the design as per RFP(Request For Proposal);
? Site installation support, site survey, fabrication and installation verifying according design;
? Attend design review meeting, BIM coordination meeting, etc.;
? Support other department: procurement, after-sells service, project execution;
? Prepare as-built documents and drawings;
? Other related, not limited but assigned by supervisor;
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or associated;
? 2+ years’ experience in engineering design/construction;
? Self-motivated in engineering design, not jog-hop;
? Ability to understand, read, write and converse in English;
? Ability to use MS office (word, excel, outlook), Excellent AutoCAD knowledge and fast drafter；experience with AutoCAD PLANT 3D, Navisworks preferred; we provide further CAD training;
? Aware of GB, DIN, ANSI, ASME standard;
? Familiar with plastic piping system (PVC,PP,PVDF，etc.) preferred;
? Open-mind, willing to learn new technologies, software, and other skills;
? Good communication skills, very positive corporation attitude;
? Be able to work on construction site and under pressure;
岗位描述和工作职责
? 绘制流程图、轴测图、单线/双线示意图，设备外形图；
? 绘制施工图：二维、三维单元设备装配图（Skid），管道图，设备布置图，基础图，编制土建需求文件，土建条件图，等等；
? 统计管道材料清单，仪表清单，阀门清单，和相关的采购清单；
? 给客户、供应商、分包或者其他相关人员做设计澄清；
? 根据RFP（方案需求）检查、更新设计；
? 现场安装支持，现场勘查，检查和确认现场安装是否根据设计；
? 参加设计讨论审查会议，套图会议等等；
? 提供其他部门的技术支持：采购，售后服务，项目执行；
? 制作竣工文件、竣工图；
? 不仅限于以上工作，其他由主管安排；
技能要求
? 学士学位，主修环境工程、机械工程、化学工程，或者相关专业；
? 2年或以上相关的工程设计或者施工经验；
? 较强的主观能动性，有意于工程设计领域长期发展；
? 良好的英文听说读写能力；
? 良好的office (word, excel, outlook)软件使用能力，能熟练使用AutoCAD，有AutoCAD PLANT 3D,Navisworks使用经验者优先，公司提供CAD方面进一步的培训；
? 知道 GB, DIN, ANSI, ASME 等标准；
? 熟悉塑料管路系统（PVC,PP,PVDF等）者优先；
? 思维开放，乐意学习使用新的技术、软件或者其他技能；
? 良好的沟通技能及积极的合作态度；
? 能适应出差以及一定的工作压力；
