Key Responsibilities
主要职责:
·Taking briefs from clients and responding to briefs.
从客户角度出发获取客户需求；
·Writing or supervising and coaching juniors writing questionnaires and ensuring that the questionnaire will collect all the data necessary to provide the information required.
撰写、监督和指导下属完成进行问卷调查的撰写，并确保收集所有必要的数据来提供所需的信息；
·Identifying problems or concerns with project progress at any of its stages, and suggesting and implementing solitions.
发现问题或关注任何阶段的项目进展情况，并能提出和实现解决方案；
·Ensuring that reports address clients key information needs directly and contain an accessible management summary which clearly addresses the business issues.
确保客户关键信息的直接需求报告，并包含一个访问管理的概括以满足业务等问题；
·Maintaining close contact at important stages of projects i.e. set-up and presentation or interpretation of results, and at any time when problems arise
在项目的重要阶段， 准备和演示或解释项目建议书的结果，并且在任何时间当问题出现时保持密切联系。
Requirements
任职资格:
· Bachelor degree or above
大学本科及以上学历；
· Excellent communication skills in spoken and written (Chinese and English)
良好的中英文表达能力；
· Excellent abilities of logical analysis and be able to solve problems independently
良好的逻辑思维分析能力，并能够独立解决问题；
· Honest, detailed and responsible, independent thinking ability, open and optimistic, team spirit
诚实，乐观、关注细节，又责任心，善于独立思考，具有团队合作精神；
· High level of computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications
熟练的MS 及各种办公设备及软件；
· Experience in a multinational company preferred.
具有外企工作经验者优先考虑。
