区域销售经理
岗位职责:
1. 负责公司西南区域的民用钢结构及防火涂料的销售, 确保领导的整个销售团队能达到公司的销售业绩;
2. 协助销售总经理制定民用钢结构及防火涂料的长期销售战略;
3. 识别市场机遇, 合理规划资源,制定相应的销售策略来确保最终的结果能满足公司的年度战略需求;
4. 培养销售团队成员的能力, 确保他们的能力等符合公司短期和长期发展需要,包括演讲技巧, 销售技巧,技术能力,销售流程等;
5. 协助打造符合公司要求的团队文化,建立良好的跨部门的合作,以及互助的文化等。
任职要求:
1、大学学历;
2、至少5年以上的工程项目销售经验,熟悉消防/防火/机场/大型场馆等领域的销售模式;
3、熟悉相关设计院及消防部门等;
4、良好的团队管理能力,规划能力;
5、良好的沟通能力和销售技巧(开发及维护客户的能力);
6、主动积极,抗压能力及人际能力;
7、良好的英文能力。
Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
?Responsible for P&L of Civil & Intumescent sales team in South and West China, ensure that annual sales performance meets budget target in terms of sales volume / sales revenue, profit & EP%.
?Assist Sales GM to develop long term Civil & Intumescent plans such as 5-year-strategy. Identify the growth opportunities, plan the right resources, develop right tools to ensure that final result meets strategic target year on year.
?Develop the area sales team to ensure right quality and quantity for short term and long term business developments, including Presentation skills, sales skills, technical capabilities, sales process etc.
?As one of key leaders in Civil & Intumescent team, is responsible to build the team culture which is aligned function and company vision and mission. Build connections with other supporting functions, help peers etc.
Requirements:
?Bachelor degree, Good sales experience
?Team leader who is able to be role model and willing to develop the others.
?Familiar with Fire Rated Products spec-in process
?Have existing career network with Design Institutes, Fire Departments,
?Good planning skill
?Is able to work under high pressure and Good people skill
?Good English skill is preferred
