Job Description:
? Manage Kuehne-Nagel airfreight's portfolio of strategic key accounts operationally to ensure compliance
to agreed KPI and service parameters and strive for constant improvements hereof
? Within given corporate guidelines, independently deal with subcvontractor and carrier related matters to the operation;hereunder negotiate with subcontractors and carriers for particular projects, rates,space situation, performance issues, etc...
? PL owner and strive for constant yield control and improvement by optimization of local as well as international transport
? Daily liaison with booking team and/or airlines directly to ensure compliance with agreed KPI/maintenance of transit times/service
? Handle/Manage communication,visits and representation externally with clients as well as internally to global and regional account managers
? Actively participate in FRQ handling and pricing request to cultivate account segment,
hightech in particular
? Handle all related administrative and personel matters related hereto within Air Freight Export team
? Facilitate expansion of business by innovative ideas, and assist Air Freight to hit annual target

Problem Solving:
? Management support to escalated cases/issues
? Balance workload among sections meanwhile within targeted productivity
? Review performance with air freight export deputy managers regularly
? Ensure tasks assigned to Air Freight export team are accomplished by given deadline


Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above
? More than 8 years working experience of air freight export operation related position.At least 3 year working as Customer Service supervisor. More than 5 years working in global forwarder is preferred.
? Strong negotiation skill
? Excellent MS skill: outlook,excel,work,PPT
? Excellent presentation skill
? Strong management skill
? Strong sales skills and accounts capability
? English:excellent in both Oral and Written
? High sense of liability and responsibility
? Strong market sensitivity
