职位综述：

负责长安福特经销商提供给福特汽车金融（中国）有限公司的分期融资贷款申请的信贷审查工作，并执行相关综合事务。

具体职责

• 在有效和可控的环境下，且在公司承诺的时效里完成对分期融资贷款申请的信用评估, 并确保维持和遵循福特汽车金融（中国）有限公司关于分期融资贷款合约处理的指导方针和政策。
• 及时且礼貌地回复客户，提供经销商和客户专业的服务。与经销商保持良好的专业联系，提高客户忠诚度。
• 及时跟进管理待处理申请件。
• 协助准备并及时更新作业流程与操作手册。
• 同其它部门紧密合作，处理和维护分期融资业务系统。
• 准确有效处理分期融资业务系统中的数据，确保数据质量真实性和完整性。
• 保持良好的文档管理，妥善维护和保管经销商以及客户信息， 确保信息安全。
• 完成分期融资业务部门主管和管理层委派的其它相关工作。

要求

• 商科或金融专业本科毕业生优先考虑。
• 有分期融资业务知识和实务操作经验。
• 专业、自信地对待经销商和客户，使用非冲突性的沟通技巧，具有良好的协调能力。
• 熟练的计算机操作技巧。
• 较好的沟通能力和团队精神;承受工作压力的能力强。
• 良好的逻辑思维能力和分析能力。
• 具备良好的组织和综合管理能力。
• 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力。

General Summary Statement


This role will be responsible for the credit underwriting of all retail finance applications and general administration of all associated activities.


Key Duties
Perform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit applications received, ensuring that they are being actioned in an efficient and controlled environment and ensuring the FAFC purchasing guidelines and policies are maintained and followed.
Prompt and courteous responses are provided to our customers and a strong, loyal and professional relation is maintained with every dealer and customer.
Conduct and manage follow-ups for "held" deals and approved applications not yet taken up by the dealer/retail customer.
Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desktop manuals.
Working closely with other departments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in data in retail operations system.
Verify data in the retail operations system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure data quality and integrity.
Maintain a good record and filing system to ensure dealer and customer's data and contracts are under well maintenance and custody.
Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business


Requirements


University graduate with Business or Banking major preferred.
Good practical understanding and knowledge of retail credit financing and the legislative requirements.
Professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers and customers.
Good computer skills
Strong inter-personal skills / good team player; able to work under stress;
Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills.
Good organizational and administration skills.
Good written and verbal English language skills
