职位描述

General Summary Statement:

Reporting to National Sales Manager, the position will be responsible for defining the Retail Financing F&I strategy and developing dealership Finance and Insurance sales capabilities via product development jointly with Marketing, process improvements and training and measuring the training effectiveness on an on-going basis.
Standardize the training materials, optimize the training template and management tools format, and develop more training courses for people development either FAFC's or dealer's.
This position will be based in Shanghai, China. Moderate travel within China will be required.

Major Responsibilities:

-Develop Retail Financing F&I strategic goals, process and the implementation plans
-Assess and evaluate the training needs and develop and implement the training strategy and plan to satisfy the needs for FAFC DAMs and dealers to align with company objectives and future growth.
-Coordinate with Global One Ford Sales and Training Alignment, and also CAF University to develop the training materials and courses and identify training resources to assist both FAFC DAMs and dealers to equip the necessary knowledge in presenting and selling finance and insurance products.
-Set up standard F&I sales process align with CAF QC sales process
-Jointly work with FAFC and Global marketing team to develop F&I products, joint action plan and implementation.
-Provide variable sales tools like Finance, insurance and service package.
-Develop and maintain measurement reporting for dealer F&I process, including performance measurement and benchmarking.
-Develop CRM data support and potential customer tracking
-Analyze competitor actions and strategic intent
-Research and develop sales and marketing initiatives in coordination with National Sales and Marketing Managers
-Ad-hoc assignments, project management and participation, and operating support as requested by FAFC management.

Requirements:

-Knowledge: What must they know already?
Knowledge of FAFC's products, processes, and capabilities.
Automotive Industry experience
Strong Business Acumen

-Education: What educational qualification would you prefer they had?
University Degree in Marketing, Finance or other relevant field; MBA is preferred.

-Skills: What will they be able to do well?
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate and influence
Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize assignments; ability to organize and run meetings)
Excellent computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) skills
Creativity - ability to find alternative solutions to issues
Strong written and oral communication skills (Strong Chinese; English proficient)
Strong presentation skills

-Experience: What would you prefer they have already done?
Preferably, prior automotive financial services experience. If not available, the person should have a sales, marketing, or operational background in a relevant industry.
Demonstrated leadership in a prior position or assignment.
