Typical Duties

1. Assist Treasury Supervisor in establishing and maintaining relationships with banks for FAFC in China market.

2. Share and explain company's non-confidential financial data with banks.

3. Manage cash flow and provide cash flow forecasting

4. Monitor account balances and arrange funding and investment of accounts

5. Process and monitor daily wholesale & retail payment, make sure the prompt action taken to meet the payment deadline

6. Prepare various reports related to bank borrowing and bank deposit on monthly or quarterly basis

7. Process and handle TER payments & vendor payments

8. Monitor online system, coordinate the setup & changes of authorized users

9. Perform Treasury Operations' Annual Sarbanes Oxley Testing

10. Perform Treasury Annual Procedure Review and Updates

11. Work with others treasury colleagues to get all treasury assignments done and to support operations.

Qualification Requirement:

1. At least bachelor degree in finance or accounting major;

2. At least 3 years working experience in treasury or banking related area;

3. Be familiar with bank account operations, foreign exchange and time deposit processing;

4. Good knowledge of PBOC & SAFE regulations;

5. Solid English;

6. Solid skill in communication, team work and business mindset for serving customers;

7. Integrity is always an important factor at Ford;
