To actively develop and maintain long-term strategic partnership with responsible accounts and develops KA strategy to facilitate the achievement of profitable business and sustainable growth.
To consistently keep and develop branded visual merchandising in line with brand positioning and image.
To leads development of annual Joint Business Plans, focusing on strategic accounts’ KPIs, trading terms negotiation & business opportunities to develop category growth.
To provides realistic rolling sales forecasts in collaboration with field sales, marketing and supply chain on a monthly basis to reflect the update market situation.
To coach and develop field sales team for advanced account management skill.
To regularly prepare “competitors activity reports”, to control competitors presence in store, pricing structures, and marketing activities.
